By accessing Cruitly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cruitly provides digital "Connects" and "Frontrow" placements. Because these services are digital and consumed upon use:

Connects: All purchases of Connects are final and non-refundable.
Frontrow: Subscriptions are non-refundable once the profile has been live for more than 24 hours.
No Guarantee: Refunds are not issued based on the lack of response from recruiters, as Cruitly is a communication tool, not a recruitment agency.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of any CVs, profiles, or job listings you post. Cruitly does not verify the identity of recruiters or the legitimacy of job postings pulled via API.

4. Limitation of Liability

Cruitly is provided "as is." We are not liable for any loss of data, employment opportunities, or financial loss resulting from the use of our platform.
